As a business owner or leader of a faith-based organization, you may be currently feeling the economical sting of the COVID-19 virus. Having a website allows you to provide information, sell products, receive donations or payments, broadcast and connect with your members and customers all in one place. Yes, many churches are using Facebook Live to connect with members, but Facebook has a lot of distractions and due to the current circumstances it is oversaturated with content. So where are your members going at the end of the live stream? Are they going to another site to donate or find information about your church to share with others? Or does the connection end with the live stream?
Currently, most businesses that are considered non-essential have been ordered to shut their doors. If you have no web presence, then how will you reach your customers? Business does not have to stop because your doors are closed. With a website, you can collect email addresses for an email campaign to stay connected with customer, sell products, provide information on services that can still be conducted, accept payments and the list goes on.
In a time where we are all being inconvenienced (though for a good cause) it is important that you as a business owner or church leader, offer a convenient way for others to continue life as normal as possible.
